The Leadership Team of
Love Covenant Church
consists of a variety
of ministry teams - meeting the needs of all age groups.
Our Leadership team … recognizes the authority of God, and realizes that we are shepherds
who serve under the Chief Shepherd, Jesus Christ. We desire to devote ourselves to prayer
and to the ministry of the Word. Our passion and goal is to equip the believers
for the work of the ministry until we all attain maturity in the fullness of Christ.

Sam Stark

Sam first heard the call of God as a child.
In 1985 God gave Sam a vision to raise up ministers who in turn would raise others. Today there are thriving churches across the country and this quest to fulfill the vision continues to be a lifelong mission. These churches perpetuate the vision as they themselves are also planting churches.
God also opened doors for a ‘coaching and training ministry’ in the corporate world where Sam enjoys tremendous success.
He and Lizell have recently planted the Love Covenant Church in Northriding - as well as ministering in various churches
Sam ministers in the gifts with supernatural manifestations of the Holy Spirit as in the Bible days. He preaches the uncompromised Word of God with boldness, and God is confirming with miracles of healing. Lizell shares Sam’s love for people and is a tremendous support and co-worker in ministry. Her gifting and passion is leading the church in worship. Both she and Sam focus on ushering in God’s presence in every service.

Lizell Stark

Worship Pastor and Bible Teacher - Lizell has been a music director, worship leader and song writer since the age of 18. She spent a year with Youth For Christ where she ministered in evangelism and music throughout South Africa, South West Africa and later, in Europe when she released her first album.
Lizell is currently completing her degree in Theology. She has a vision for raising musicians, worshipper’s and worship leaders in the Kingdom and has enjoyed God’s blessing in this area. She also pastors and teaches with her husband Sam in Love Covenant Church.
Her heart’s desire is to see the Church experience the glory of the Lord and for a dying world to be reached by the Power of the Lord. She believes that true worship and the Presence of God is the key.
